I couldn't find a yeast substitution chart for Mangrove Jacks Craft series dried yeasts.
There is only the new booklet here, but this doesn't describe the yeast with pre-existing comparisons, with whitelabs and wyeast strains. This would give us all a better idea of to what yeast we are using.
So I started collecting all the forum based reports on equivalences.
Its far from perfect.... So comment, contribute, give your 4c, or whatever currency.

Ive also seen a lot of discussions on dried yeast being very difficult to manufacture. And doubts that this yeast is produced independently. Some other people in the business saying that MJ yeast is just repackaged.
With the new range being so wide, I have my doubts.
Im not sure, what do you think?
